Ace of Toronto Blue Jays starting pitching staff Ricky Romero acting like a kid again in this photo…

This, at a time when he is now the only starting pitcher left remaining from the original five that started the season. The Jays have recently lost their other four starters to injuries in a span of two weeks (one of whom is out for at least a year to Tommy John surgery – Kyle Drabek). So, now only Ricky is left! It has been a unbelievable run of misfortune for the Jays starting pitching staff.

The Jays are so hurting and desperate right now that they have signed 49-year old Jamie Moyer yesterday, who was released by the Orioles a few days ago. Moyer became the oldest pitcher ever to win a major-league game earlier this season. In 10 starts this season, Moyer was 2-5 with a 5.70 ERA.
