Imagine living in a house made of glass. No, not a greenhouse; an actual 3-storey house made of glass walls. The crazy architect built one in Tokyo (The owner must be paying unusually high house insurance in earthquake-friendly Japan). But looking at these amazing photos, I would want one as a sitting room / lounge and it would attach on the side of my main house (I would add a bar, billiards table, and a video games room).

The Japanese architect, Sou Fujimoto, used modular tables to build this see-through house. I bet it would be awkward if the washroom is also transparent! What about winter, you say? It contains 21 “floor plates”, where some are heated to provide comfort in the winter.
